The actual menu is in dselect, the script provides the APT access method
for it.  The message is correct, AFAICT; it could be problematic if the
respective translators of dselect and apt disagree about the translation,
however. 

One could argue that the script should belong to the dselect package,
but dselect can be used without apt, and some old-fashioned people as
Ian Jackson might still do that.
