Humm ... I think I agree with you. I still believe the possibility of
it happen is too rare but it looks saner to output an error.
Mind to propose a patch? If you don't do that, I'll prepare one for
next upload.
This is a minor thing and I'll wait for it go testing before doing
another upload.
