Can't use local repo
I am trying to pin a local repo to have preference over the internet ones.

No matter how much i try ,I can't set local repos to override the internet ones and I have to download them.
Can you guys help me out?
Better yet,can't you code a small GUI thing that simplifies the process of overriding?
