Well, I think I've found it:
http://packages.qa.debian.org/a/apt.html

And there is the "Version Control" link pointing to:
http://bzr.debian.org/apt/

However, it looks like all subdirectories are empty :-(

Is it okay then to fetch source packages from adresses below?
