Bug#447573: All apt operation terminate with 'std::out_of_range' error

Justification: renders package unusable
All operations with Apt shows this error:
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::out_of_range'
what(): basic_string::basic_string
Aborted
Otherwise, if I remove sources.list it works, but crash with example
sources.list too.
I used gdb to get some information:
