Bug#438999: apt-get source does not respect APT::Default-Release if the source package doesn't have a binary package of the same name

Package: apt
Version: 0.7.6

If APT::Default-Release is set and I run "apt-get source" on a source
package that has no binary package of the same name (e.g.,
addresses-for-gnustep), it downloads the latest version, even if it's
newer than the one corresponding to APT::Default-Release. It does
this even if I specify --source-only.
