Bug#434894: apt: minor documentation error in sources.list manpage

Hi mates

The manpage for the sources.list states that "No password authentication
is possible" when using rsh/ssh . At least for ssh, I can confirm that
this is not true. I accidentally forgot to use ssh keys and it asked me
for the password and was able to authenticate.
I suggest removing the sentence.
