Hi, 

I'm attaching  patch for the bug. The following files are modified:

- buildlib/debiandoc.mak: adds  DEBIANDOC_HTML_OPTIONS variable in order to 
  make it possible to pass additional options to debiandoc2html;

- doc/pl/makefile: sets DEBIANDOC_HTML_OPTIONS to `-l pl' to have proper
  Content-Type information in the generated html files;

- doc/pl/offline.pl.sgml: the file was taken from apt 0.5.28.6 source
  package. Then I updated the translation to current version of apt and
  fixed some grammar and spelling typos.


I would be grateful if you could apply the patch into the next version
of apt.
