(forw) Incomplete upload found in Debian upload queue
Enrico, seems that the NMU upload failed (not sure)
If you happen to rework your NMU, could you please include the fix for #389261?
Fixing that bug is requested by the D-I team with the release team
approval. I guess that fixing both issues in the same upload will not
hurt and I'm not sure whether Michael Vogt will have time to work on
both in the next days, so better fix them both in the NMU you're planning.

Probably you are the uploader of the following file(s) in
the Debian upload queue directory:
apt_0.6.46-0.1.dsc
apt_0.6.46-0.1.tar.gz
This looks like an upload, but a .changes file is missing, so the job
cannot be processed.
If no .changes file arrives within 22:59:58, the files will be deleted.
If you didn't upload those files, please just ignore this message.
