I just finished version 0.12, that corrects a stupid bug (I forgot to quote URLs, so the download was failing on many deltas... :-> ) You may get it at my repo http://tonelli.sns.it/pub/mennucc1/debdelta/etch otherwise I will upload it into Debian/unstable in some 24 hours (I want to test it a bit, I also rewrote a lot of code).
