Bug#366788: apt: Refuses to accept older pre-existing package repositories that worked perfectly under immediate previous versions.

Can you please attach your sources.list to this bugreport? I'll try to
reproduce the problem with it. I also would be interessted in the
output of:
# apt-get update -o Debug::PkgAcquire::Diffs=true

and if all works normal when you run:

# apt-get update -o Acquire::PDiffs=true
[there seems to be a bug that this is inverted, I'll fix it next]
