Bug#362864: apt: apt-get dist-upgrade should reject extra cmd line arguments

How should apt-get take those extra args?
Install the latest sed no matter what the cost in removal of other
packages? Don't remove sed but possibly keep it kept back?
I usualy just do "apt-get install sed" to upgarde sed to the latest
version. Maybe you wanted to use that?
