Bug#348379: apt-key looks for debian-archive-key.gpg, installed is debian-key.gpg

Install the debian-archive-keyring package. I suggest to add
debian-archive-keyring to the suggested or recommended packages, fix the
apt-key error message stating that debian-keyring is missing and close
this bug.

BTW: There are still 6 open bug reports with the same statement assigned
to the debian-keyring package.
