Severity: wishlist
File: /usr/bin/apt-get
-- Package-specific info:
I was unable to find out whether there is a native way to limit the
download rate for apt-get, something like wget --limit-rate=amount.
Am I missing something, or could it be a feature added in some next
release? I' d find it very useful, both for "nice" upgrades during
generic browsing on a dialup connection and for a more polite usage of
the bandwidth available in some well connected but multi user LAN.
Thanks!
