Thanks for that man-page. I put it in my apt--mvo--0 branch, it looks
pretty good.

I wrote that wiki page and I consider it public domain.

I added the names to the man authors field and put it into the
archive. I had trouble with the utf8 encoding of your name, it would
be very kind if you could send me a patch for that (I attached the new
man-page source) [sorry for that].
