Bug#294075: marked as done (debconf PO translations for the package apt are outdated)

After this bug report has been opened, translators will be requested to send
all their updates to it so that translations have no chance to be lost.

This is my first use of this new feature of podebconf-report-po. I hope it
will work as expected..:-))

All these l10n bugs have been dealt with for ages for most of them.

There's a little chance that some are only pending in my
archive. Anyway, all will be fixed when Matt will make the next upload
for apt...so let's clean up the mess a little.
