If, when doing an apt-get update (or dist-update), and
apt-listbug reports a bug, apt-get should allow
the user to skip the package with reported bugs.
The package should not automatically be pinned;
the next upgrade should offer to update
any skipped packages.
In this situation, I sometimes use apt-get install
on all the packages that I *don't* want
to update; this can time consuming
to get right.
