Bug#314263: Err http://security.debian.org testing/updates/main Packages

When I invoke "#apt-get update" command, I receive the follwing messages:

used instead.

My /etc/apt/sources.list file is the folliwing:

deb http://debian.logiclinux.com/debian/ testing main

deb http://security.debian.org/ testing/updates main

#deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian testing main contrib non-free
#deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian dists/stable-updates/

The apt.conf is in blank (0 bytes).

Important: I used to send this comand "apt-get update" every monday. I do not 
touch nothing. Last monday was the first one whit this problem.
