Bug#312534: apt: new entries in sources.list lead to one-time error

Can you provide a complete transcript showing the commands you invoked? I
would expect exactly this behavior if the first command executed after the
change was anything other than "apt-get update".
I edit my sources.list constantly, and running apt-get update afterward has
never produced these warnings.
