Bug#301911: apt: when asked to continue, script aborts if y is not pressed

When apt-get asks for Y or N, only Y or N should cause apt-get to 
proceed to the next step (continue with installation or exit).  If the 
user accidently presses Z, apt-get should not continue, but it should 
not abort (which is what it currently does).  It should say "Do you want 
to continue, please press Y or N", until the user presses Y or N.  That 
way, apt-get does what the user would logically expect it to do.  And it 
will make apt a little bit friendly for newer users.
