I'd like to read what changed. Entries like 

  * Merge bubulle@debian.org--2005/apt--sarge--0 again (patch-36)

don't help without a lot of digging (and the right tools). In this case,
including the summary line of patch-36 would have been nice.

bubulle@debian.org--2005/apt--sarge--0 contains exclusively translation
updates and related changes from Christian Perrier.  I've established better
practices for producing better changelog entries for these operations in the
future, though I don't intend to make another upload to revise the
changelog for Sarge.
