apt bug? (package bumping not work on amd64)

Hi!

I tried to install my apache package on amd64 sid, but I got this false 
error message:

dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of apache:
 apache depends on apache-common (<< 1.3.34-0); however:
  Version of apache-common on system is 2:1.3.33-5.
dpkg: error processing apache (--install):
 dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
Errors were encountered while processing:
 apache

root@server:/usr/local/src/apache-1.3.33/debian# dpkg -l | grep apt
