Bug#299035: apt-ftparchive: Failed run does not exit with exit status !=0

Contradicting what is stated in the man page:
DIAGNOSTICS
apt-ftparchive returns zero on normal operation, decimal 100 on error.
apt-ftparchive run exits with error code 0 even after failing some parts of
the directory structure:
