A lot of APT l10n bugs were applied to CVS, marked pending by Michael
and later corrected in an upload which, however, did not mark them as
closed.

This mail is aimed at closing them.

For each, I have check that, indeed, the bug is really to be closed
, ie the translation file was applied in the uploaded archive.

Some other l10n bugs are marked as pending and not closed : these are
commited to both the CVS and to my own archive, but are not yet
included in the uploaded packages.
