sysv-rc is being removed because it conflicts with file-rc. Maybe
APT could inhibit the warning if an essential package is being
removed because of a conflict?

Kurt Roeckx says that in this case it might make sense, but not in
others. So maybe instead, APT should inhibit the warning in such
exact situations (exact matches)?

Essential packages are essential, whether something conflicts with them or
not, and essential packages must not be removed from the system without
extremely explicit confirmation.

If a package does not deserve this treatment, then it should not be
essential.
