Bug#282960: apt: option to print changelog for update/upgrade

Package: apt
Version: 0.5.27
Severity: wishlist

I'd highly appreciate if there is an option for apt-get
that will make apt-get print out the changes between the
currently installed version and the version to be installed.

That would be an incredible usability improvement in my opinion.
