Bug#258851: libdb4.0: can't uninstall?



After upgrading a bunch of packages (apache apache-common apache-ssl
apache-utils libperl-dev libperl5.8 perl perl-base perl-modules) to the
version in unstable (from testing), this problem went away.  Go figure...
