Bug#256829: Preferences origin attribute ignored

Package: apt
Version: 0.5.25

I want to keep the IPv6 version of Apache 1.3, so my /etc/apt/preferences
file contains:

Package: *
Pin: origin "debian.seabone.net"
Pin-Priority: 1200

However, apt-get wants to install a non-ipv6 version from 
my local apt-proxy on machine croak.

Here's the output of
