Huh?  You fixed CVS when reading this bugreport, but it was outdated
as well, so it would not have helped at all.  Please fix apt building
so that apt-all.pot is updated when packages are built, otherwise this
problem will reappear.

Anyway are you sure that apt-all.pot is complete?  It only contains
286 strings whereas there are around 450 in 0.5.23.  As a result,
all PO files except fr.po (committed after this update) lost 200
translated strings in this update.  (They are still in PO files and
marked as obsolete, and will reappear when apt-all.pot is fixed, but
translators may remove them if they wrongly believe that they are no
more used)
