Bug#232984: apt-get space useage estimates appear over-optimistic

That makes sense.  And since the case with what I thought was the big
discrepancy looks OK too, this is probably a false alarm.

It's OK with me if you close it, or you can leave it to see if anyone
else notices a problem.
