Yes, I am able to process them fine and have added them to my local tree.
I was not able to apply the patch that you sent to update them to match the
current man pages in CVS; it seems to apply to *.sgml instead of *.xml.

There is still quite a bit of work to be done.  Now the man pages are a
mixture of XML and SGML (the apt-utils man pages were not converted).  Also,
the apt.ent you provided doesn't seem to work with the SGML man pages, so
two separate versions will be required.
