apt is now up to date in testing. Unfortunately, during the period when
python-apt and apt-listchanges was uninstallable in testing, the testing
scripts didn't mind making changes which left them still uninstallable,
and so they've installed python 2.3 versions - which, you've guessed it,
are uninstallable in testing. :(

Off to hack on the python transition now, I suppose ...
