Bug#211390: apt-get source <pkg>=<version> fails when source package has differing name
Package: apt
Version: 0.5.4
Severity: normal
I was trying to get an older version of the source package (of
comerr-dev) from debian and failing
arun@foo%apt-get source comerr-dev='2.0-1.27-2'

dpkg-source: extracting e2fsprogs in e2fsprogs-1.34+1.35-WIP-2003.08.21
(which got me the most recent source for comerr-dev from the
e2fsprogs package), worked.
Since comerr-dev comes from the e2fsprogs package, I tried typing
apt-get source e2fsprogs='1.27-2' (This is the version of e2fsprogs
which comerr-dev 2.0-1.27-2 package was generated from.) And this worked.
arun@foo%apt-get source e2fsprogs='1.27-2'
