I'd like to minimize the effort that both Conectiva and Debian will spend
keeping in sync.  I don't want apt-rpm to remain a fork forever.  I don't
think it is necessary to merge all of their changes in order to achieve
this, but there are some pieces that we may want (though it is hard to pick
them out at this point).
