Same problem, different symptoms.  Uninstallable = uninstallable.

This is not my problem; I didn't break it and there is absolutely nothing I
can do to fix it.  python-apt has never been broken in unstable.  When
testing breaks, it is done intentionally by the release manager.   Filing an
RC bug only serves to make it even harder for the fixed version to get into
testing, and to annoy me.  Complain to someone who can fix it.
