I am having trouble with the build-dep function of apt-get. For some
reason it does not download the correct dependancy for svgalib on i386
(ie. it downloads svgalib-dummyg1 instead of svgalibg1-dev). Here is
the Build-Dep excerpt from the debian/control file of fceu:
Build-Depends: debhelper (>> 3.0.0), patch, libz-dev, svgalibg1-dev | svgalib-dummyg1, libsdl-dev
When I run `apt-get build-dep fceu` with Debug::pkgProblemResolver enabled
on an i386 machine in an unstable chroot, this is what I get:

Sorry, I should have closed this bug earlier. I changed the package in
question to make the svgalib portion Arch: i386. This made the problem
of alternation in build-deps being processed improperly moot.
The messages above were taken from an attempted build in a clean chroot
so it wouldn't have been related to #126938.
