Bug#192403: Similar problem

Hi,

I have a similar problem as described before:
I can use "apt-get update && apt-get upgrade" without any problems.

but when i do "update" in dselect, I get the following error:
Hit ftp://debian.ssw.uni-linz.ac.at unstable/main Packages
Hit ftp://debian.ssw.uni-linz.ac.at unstable/main Release
Hit ftp://debian.ssw.uni-linz.ac.at unstable/contrib Packages
Hit ftp://debian.ssw.uni-linz.ac.at unstable/contrib Release
Hit ftp://debian.ssw.uni-linz.ac.at unstable/non-free Packages
Hit ftp://debian.ssw.uni-linz.ac.at unstable/non-free Release

sources list:
deb ftp://debian.ssw.uni-linz.ac.at/debian unstable main contrib
non-free

no apt.conf

Dont know if this is the right place to report that, but as I use apt as
access method in dselect I chose this one.

greetings
