Bug#192403: apt-get fails Reading Package Lists

I've attached it.

I tried commenting-out the `file:/var/cache/apt-build/repository' line,
and that made things work!

However it's very strange, I don't have the `apt-build' package
installed, though I think I tried it once, and I don't remember adding
that line by hand; does `apt-build' add it automatically?

Thanks,

-Miles
