Bug#190643: apt: -c option induces failure to parse sources.list

Package: apt
Version: 0.5.4
Severity: normal

Using the -c option to specify a source list file makes
the parsing of this file fail with "Extra junk at end of file".
This happened to me using different source.list files, all
working well as default.

Example:

argon:~# apt-get -c=/etc/apt/sources.list update
E: Syntax error /etc/apt/sources.list:36: Extra junk at end of file

argon:~# apt-get update
