Bug#173946: apt runs out of memory

This is irritating. I can remove lines from my sources.list, but then,
few weeks or days later this happen again:

I have removed many un-official apt-repositories already, but nowadays
also official apt-repositories must have been removed.

As you can see, I have had to comment away many lines because of those
