Bug#166758: apt: same problem, but different package reported as broken one

i get the same thing, but it complains about ogle-gui.
it also complained about liblzo1, which is the package just above
ogle-gui in the status file, but now has decided to complain about
ogle-gui.  I get the problem even if i replace status file with a
backup, so I guess the problem's somewhere in apt. :-\
