Bug#167899: apt-get tries to update already up2date packages

dunno why this happens :(

No idea what the problem could be :(
tried to delete the availables, updated afterwards... nothing helps.

Can set the packages to hold to prevent this effect. But I don't think that 
this is a real solution for the problem :(

up2date testing, kernel 2.4.19
