Er, there is nothing wrong with what you clipped. You can't downgrade
without alot of effort, it's not supported. -t only allows you to
_upgrade_.
You can use apt-cache policy to see what is happening, the -t option
is not supported on that program but you can use '-o
APT::Default-Release=...'
