Well, I know this, but the installed Version is a older, non-buggy version. 
And if I set the available, buggy version (which is not installed) to say -1 
it shouldn't be installed anymore (this specific version.)

Well, I anderstand this feature that noting is done if the installed version 
has the higest priority.
