Bug#155568: solution?

(I am assuming that the buggy version is 2.12.90.0.15-1 and the
non-buggy version is 2.12.90.0.14-1.)

Does it make sense to pin a package to a buggy version to which
you give a low priority?  Don't you want to pin the package to
a working version to which you give a high priority?
