Bug#154804: apt: Does not report syntax error Acquire:cdrom:Mount "/mnt/cdrom";

If I type the line
Acquire:cdrom:Mount "/mnt/cdrom";
in a file in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d, apt silently ignores it.
Apt should report a syntax error since the line should have :: instead of :.
