Bug#154268: apt: bugs in man page for apt-get

First I noticed the typo in: <quote>

       -v

       --version
              Show the program verison.

</quote>            verison -> version

Then I went to the page's section on bugs which told me to see:
/usr/share/doc/debian/bug-reporting.txt
which doesn't exist: there's no /usr/share/doc/debian/.

So I ran bug(1) like it said: which gave me this form to fill in.  I
hope I'm adding these comments in the right bit of the available
space, 'cos it gave me no indication of where the right place is.
