Bug#152643: apt: provides resolution could apply everywhere

"apt-get install" will pick up a Provides: referencing the requested
package, ask to install it if there is only one, else list the
options, yada yada yada.

This could equally apply to remove, and apt-cache show, and probably
some other places.
