Yeah, that system's fs is reiser--the journal was flushed, but the file
contents weren't. (like I said, I was doing an apt-get upgrade at the
time, the power outage was completely unexpected and the system wasn't
at its normal location so it lacked a UPS.)

Should I resubmit this bug under apt-utils (apt-ftparchive)/debconf?
