Bug#148824: apt: Feels sorry without reason
Subject: apt: Feels sorry without reason
Package: apt
Version: 0.5.4
Severity: wishlist
When a package is up-to-date, and the user tells apt-get to install
it (in the supposed hope of updating), apt-get says it's "Sorry", as
in "Sorry, apt is already the newest version.". This is annoying, as
there's no reason to be sorry, if what the user wants is already
done. The word "Sorry" should be dropped, or substituted for something
more apropriate, like "Good", "Well", or such.
